Strengthening Cooperation Between NDU-K and Netherlands Defence Academy

Mr. Ruben Brekelmans, the Minister for Defence of the Royal Kingdom of the Netherlands, visited the National Defence University – Kenya (NDU-K) in Lanet, Nakuru, to officially sign a Letter of Intent. This agreement aims to enhance cooperation between NDU-K and the Netherlands Defence Academy (NLDA).

During the ceremony, Mr. Brekelmans praised the leadership of the Kenya Defence Forces and NDU-K, recognizing their efforts in establishing the university as a prominent institution dedicated to quality education and research that protects both national and global interests. He expressed optimism that the collaboration between NDU-K and NLDA would contribute to sustainable national development, address climate security, and improve responses to emerging threats.
