The prospect of civil conflict, compounded by foreign intervention from Uganda and Rwanda, is a troubling scenario. “The only person that has openly shown he is supporting Rwanda’s invasion of DRC is President Yoweri Museveni’s son,” Ms. Tloubatla remarked.
