He noted, “In the past, we have been too focused on South Africa. Now, we aim to be more present in Ghana to better support our customers. Ghana is a stable, well-run country with significant mining competence, making it an ideal location for this investment.”
The new service centre is expected to enhance operational efficiency by enabling faster delivery of equipment and streamlined refurbishment services, which will significantly reduce lead times. According to Keto, “This facility will serve as a stocking location for production spare parts, ensuring quicker deliveries across Ghana and West Africa.”
