Notably, a drone strike targeted a Hezbollah operative responsible for rebuilding terrorism-related infrastructure, resulting in one fatality and one injury, according to Israeli military spokesperson Avichay Adraee. He stated that operations to eliminate such threats will persist.
Israeli warplanes have been actively conducting operations in southern regions, including Nabatieh and Iqlim al-Tuffah, following extensive airstrikes on Friday that affected towns like Mount Rihan and Sidon. The strikes targeted Hezbollah military sites, uncovering missiles storage and launch facilities deemed a threat to Israel’s security.
Hezbollah has opted for a policy of “military silence,” directing blame towards the Lebanese government.
