The Ministerial Council reiterated its solidarity with the Palestinian population, advocating for an end to the blockade on Gaza and the unhindered delivery of humanitarian aid. It expressed its backing for the Palestinian-Egyptian-Arab plan, confirmed during the Arab Summit in Cairo on March 4, 2025, aimed at realizing a cohesive Palestinian state within the framework of the two-state solution.

The council acknowledged the collective actions of the GCC and other Arab nations in addressing Israeli assaults and facilitating humanitarian assistance to Gaza.
