They signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to enhance military training and capacity-building initiatives for Zimbabwe’s Armed Forces while emphasizing the necessity for regular engagements to effectively execute the agreement.
Meetings with Ethiopia’s Defence Minister Aisha Mohammed highlighted the progressive nature of their bilateral defence ties. An MoU was finalized to formalize their ongoing collaboration, covering military training, peacekeeping efforts, and capacity-building for the Ethiopian Armed Forces, while also discussing potential industrial partnerships in the defence sector.
Rajnath Singh’s meeting with Yemen’s Defence Minister, Lt. Gen. Mohsen Mohammed Hussein Al Daeri, aimed at strengthening military training initiatives and building capacities within Yemen’s Armed Forces. In his meeting with Gabonese Defence Minister Brigitte Onkanowa, Rajnath Singh reaffirmed their commitment to bolstering bilateral defence relations.
