International leaders from Bolivia, Hungary, Norway, and the IAEA Chief have arrived in New Delhi for the Raisina Dialogue. This premier conference on geopolitics and geoeconomics addresses significant global issues, featuring nearly 3,700 attendees from 130 countries. On March 18, 2025, key international figures including Celinda Sosa Lunda of Bolivia, Peter Szijjarto of Hungary, and Espen Barth Eide of Norway arrived in New Delhi to participate in the 10th edition of the Raisina Dialogue. The event is being co-hosted by India’s Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) and the Observer Research Foundation (ORF), running from March 17 to 19.
The Raisina Dialogue, which is India’s premier conference on geopolitics and geoeconomics, aims to address significant global challenges through discussions attended by leaders from various sectors. This year, it anticipates nearly 3,700 attendees, including over 800 speakers and delegates from around 130 countries, featuring politicians, diplomats, military leaders, and business executives.
The theme for this year’s dialogue, “Kalachakra: People, Peace, Planet,” will guide the discussions organized around six thematic pillars. These include: ‘Politics Interrupted: Shifting Sands and Rising Tides’, ‘Resolving the Green Trilemma: Who, Where and How’, ‘Digital Planet: Agents, Agencies and Absences’, ‘Militant Mercantilism: Trade, Supply Chains and the Exchange Rate Addiction’, ‘The Tiger’s Tale: Rewriting Development with a New Pen’, and ‘Investing in Peace: Drivers, Institutions and Leadership’.
Additionally, the event features the Raisina Ideas Pod in collaboration with Firstpost, which will present ministerial sessions on topics such as Europe’s strategic role in the Indo-Pacific and the African Union’s participation in the G20. This initiative is aimed at addressing pressing global issues through expert discussions and collaborations.
