Minister of Information And Communication Technology Emma Theofelus described the portrait unveiling as a pivotal moment in Namibia’s history as the country prepares for the inauguration of its first elected female president. “This exercise was concluded a few weeks ago, and we are grateful that we are able to do it at this time,” she commented, highlighting the importance of the occasion.
