Distinguished Leaders Arrive in New Delhi for Raisina Dialogue 2025

The Raisina Dialogue 2025 is taking place in New Delhi from March 17 to 19, featuring foreign ministers from Bolivia, Hungary, Norway, and IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi. The conference focuses on geopolitics and geoeconomics, with the theme “Kalachakra: People, Peace, Planet,” and includes discussions on six key thematic pillars involving diverse global topics and cooperation opportunities.

The 10th edition of the Raisina Dialogue is currently being held in New Delhi from March 17 to March 19, 2025. Attending this prestigious event are Bolivia’s Foreign Minister Celinda Sosa Lunda, Hungary’s Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto, Norway’s Foreign Minister Espen Barth Eide, and Rafael Grossi, the Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) warmly welcomed these distinguished guests via a statement on social media.

The Raisina Dialogue, organized by the MEA and the Observer Research Foundation (ORF), serves as India’s premier conference focused on geopolitics and geoeconomics, addressing critical global challenges. Approximately 3,700 attendees, including 800 speakers and delegates from around 130 countries, will participate in discussions emphasizing various contemporary issues, highlighting the conference’s global significance.

This year, the theme is “Kalachakra: People, Peace, Planet,” around which the discussions will center on six thematic pillars. These are: “Politics Interrupted: Shifting Sands and Rising Tides”; “Resolving the Green Trilemma: Who, Where and How”; “Digital Planet: Agents, Agencies and Absences”; “Militant Mercantilism: Trade, Supply Chains and the Exchange Rate Addiction”; “The Tiger’s Tale: Rewriting Development with a New Pen”; and “Investing in Peace: Drivers, Institutions and Leadership.”

Additionally, the Dialogue will feature the Raisina Ideas Pod in collaboration with Firstpost. This initiative will include specially curated ministerial sessions focusing on significant global topics, such as Europe’s role in the Indo-Pacific and the African Union’s contributions to the G20. These discussions aim to foster cooperation and understanding in addressing critical global challenges.

The Raisina Dialogue 2025 presents an essential platform for international discourse involving prominent figures in politics, business, and civil society. With a diverse array of themes and discussions, it aims to establish collaborative strategies for implementing solutions to pressing global issues.
