On March 17, 2025, Rashid Abdulla Al Qaseer, Deputy Director of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) Dubai Office, welcomed Sarah Mooney, the newly appointed Consul-General of the United Kingdom to Dubai and the Northern Emirates. He received her credentials during a formal meeting at the MoFA headquarters in Dubai. Mr. Al Qaseer emphasized the strong ties between the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom, offering his best wishes for her success in her diplomatic role.
