Additionally, North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has dispatched 3,000 more troops to assist the Storm Corps, which include sappers, technical support units, and infantry. The North Koreans are also employing Bulsae-4 wheeled missile launchers in their renewed efforts in Kursk, signaling a shift in their operational capabilities.
Should Ukrainian forces opt to withdraw from Kyiv, they would face significant challenges as ground transportation becomes nearly impossible due to Russia’s fortified positions. While President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s administration has acknowledged their unfavorable situation in Kursk, their strategic response remains uncertain.
