Keynote speaker Mukesh Sharma, Regional Head of Tech Mahindra in China, elaborated on India’s rich technological heritage, tracing its lineage from ancient Sanskrit texts to the modern development of large language models that cater to the country’s diverse dialects.
Sharma underscored India’s dedication to responsible AI, pointing to Prime Minister Modi’s co-chairing of the Paris Summit as evidence of India’s commitment to promoting technology for the benefit of all. This commitment was further supported by India’s flourishing startup ecosystem, which ranks 19th globally, and includes Bengaluru, recognized as one of the top 10 startup hubs worldwide.
