The agreement was concluded between Khaled Abbas, the Chairperson and Managing Director of ACUD, and Mohamed Sofiane Berrah, the Ambassador of Algeria to Egypt and its Permanent Representative to the Arab League. Senior officials from both organizations were present during the signing ceremony.
Ambassador Berrah remarked that the project signifies a significant advancement for Egypt, aiding in the alleviation of congestion, enhancement of services, and reduction of pressures on Cairo. He expressed gratitude to ACUD for their assistance in bringing this agreement to fruition.
