On a recent occasion, Caretaker Minister of Information, Ziad Makary, hosted Gabon’s Minister of Tourism and Handicrafts, Pascal Ogowe Siffon, who was accompanied by the Chairman of Lancaster Hotels, Wissam Ali Ashour.
