Intelligence from European sources indicates that the Golbon left the port of Taikang in China, transporting a significant load of sodium perchlorate capable of supplying fuel for approximately 260 Kheibar Shekan solid-fuel rocket motors or 200 Haj Qasem ballistic missiles.
